1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbajff ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the xbajff website located at xbajff.net, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features available thereon (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account and must not use the Service in any capacity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to xbajff is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. xbajff may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or in response to a fraud alert. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority.

If xbajff determines at any time that a player's account was created by or is being used by an individual under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be forfeited. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned net of any bonuses received.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

xbajff is operated as an online gaming platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. xbajff makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or legally available in any specific jurisdiction outside its primary market. Players accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual person may register and maintain only one active account on xbajff. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. xbajff uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended, and the combined balances may be forfeit pending a full investigation. If the investigation concludes that bonus funds were obtained fraudulently through duplicate accounts, those funds and any winnings derived from them will be permanently forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change. xbajff is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information, including inability to process withdrawals due to name mismatches with verified payment accounts.

2.5 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to player safety and platform integrity, xbajff operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number matching account records). xbajff reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Obligations and Security

3.1 Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your xbajff account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. xbajff strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password for your account and that you do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.

You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf, including family members, friends, or agents. Any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested under your account credentials are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions, unless you have promptly notified xbajff of a suspected unauthorised access.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xbajff's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon receipt of a credible unauthorised access report, xbajff will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. xbajff is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player failed to report the breach promptly or where the breach was facilitated by the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Account Currency

All xbajff accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, bonus amounts, winnings, and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. xbajff does not currently support multi-currency accounts; all transactions are settled in BDT regardless of the payment method used.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xbajff accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods are subject to availability, and xbajff reserves the right to add or remove payment method support at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your xbajff account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the originating bank. xbajff is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although xbajff reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming or fraud prevention measures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

xbajff reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a defined threshold. Withdrawal requests submitted during a period of account investigation or KYC review may be held pending resolution.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account are not directly withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements, the eligible games, and the time limit for meeting those requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms for each offer. Attempting to withdraw a balance that includes uncleared bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and any winnings attributable to it being voided from the withdrawal amount.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is detected, xbajff reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the player's account.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

xbajff regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cultural calendar, including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh reload offers, Victory Day specials (December 16), and BPL cricket season promotions. These promotions are subject to their own individual terms and limited availability windows. xbajff is under no obligation to run any specific promotion in any given period, and promotional terms may change from one iteration of a campaign to the next.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

By using the xbajff platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Service for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment gaming.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Service in ways not available to standard users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing hand information in live poker-format games, or manipulating in-play betting markets through coordinated action.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the software for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through a known or suspected software error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds onto the platform.
• Filing chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider for deposits that you made knowingly and voluntarily. Chargeback abuse is treated as fraud and will result in account suspension and potential debt recovery proceedings.
• Accessing the Service for the purpose of collecting information for a competitor, or otherwise acting in conflict of interest with xbajff's commercial interests.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts, to xbajff's backend systems, or to any part of the Service not intended for player access.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction while using the Service.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by xbajff

xbajff reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age; a court order or regulatory directive requiring account closure; or any other circumstance where continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to xbajff.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xbajff reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including deposits, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific circumstances of the breach.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You have the right to close your xbajff account at any time by contacting our support team. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any uncleared bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method via the standard withdrawal process. Please allow the standard withdrawal processing time for the final balance to be returned.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a structured break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

xbajff makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical repairs, third-party software issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. xbajff is not liable for any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from platform downtime or interruption.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All games available on xbajff use certified random number generators (RNGs) or verified live-dealing processes provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of all games are determined by these independent systems and are not under xbajff's control. xbajff accepts no liability for any loss arising from game outcomes, whether actual or perceived to be unfair by the player.

8.3 Third-Party Payment Delays

xbajff is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution. Once xbajff has initiated a withdrawal transfer to the designated payment provider, the timing of the funds reaching the player's account is outside xbajff's direct control.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajff's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Service, or any transaction conducted on the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms as published on xbajff.net shall be the definitive and authoritative version. No translated or paraphrased summary of these Terms shall have legal precedence over the English text.
